David
Walters was born in England. He was converted in 1959
and became a member of Westminster Chapel. After sitting
under the ministry of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones for ten years,
he received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in 1969 and soon
became one of the pioneers in the "House Church" movement.
Within a short time, the meetings at David's house in a London suburb grew to a size where they met in the local town hall and became a church. Eventually David became a traveling elder within the church and ministered in many Churches, Public Schools and Universities.
David moved to America in 1977 with his wife Kathie and their baby daughter Faith. Faith is now married to David Dixon and they have three children. David & Kathie now have two Grandsons, Zion & Judah Dixon who love to travel with "Pop Pop" and a beautiful granddaughter, Innisfree Dixon. His other daughter Lisa Joy, was born in the United States. She is still single!
Currently David ministers both Nationally and Internationally to families, Pastors, youth pastors, children's pastors, parents, children and teens. He is one of the leading ministers in the U.S. today. He speaks at many National Conferences and has ministered in the same conferences with other well known ministers such as Paul Cain, T.L.Osborn, Benny Hinn, Dr. Myles Munroe, T.G. Jakes, Roberts Liardon, Charles Capps, Ishmael, Ernie Rettino (Psalty the singing songbook), Mrs. James (Shirley) Dobson, John Dawson (International Director of Y.W.A.M.) and many others.
David has ministered and is scheduled to minister in many countries around the world as well as throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. He has traveled to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Russia, Hungary, Latvia, Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, Canada, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, UK, Guatemala, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Egypt, Bermuda and Surinam in South America.
God placed a burden on David for parents who are failing to raise their kids to fulfill their destiny in God according to Prov. 22:6. God uses David to impart a vision to Pastors, Elders, parents and teachers in a way that brings the younger saints into a place where they become effective, viable members of the body of Christ. Currently, many children and youth have a nominal understanding of being born again but are not having an ongoing personal experience with the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. Instead they are living off Mom and Dad's religion. He desires to see the youngsters take their place with the adults in God's purposes and not just be entertained in youth meetings or baby-sat in children's church.
David has a unique rapport with young people. He uses no visual aids or stage props to entertain. He believes young people need anointed preaching coupled with signs and wonders.
David Walters has witnessed the Holy Spirit move on whole churches with children, teenagers as well as adults, who were touched by God's power. In his special Family Seminars, he unfolds to parents and teachers the keys to raising youngsters to become godly, powerful and anointed.

they were children.
David believes that it is time for whole families to become part of God's mighty army. He says, "Children today are being born into the 'War Zone'. Therefore, we must dress them for spiritual battle at a very young age. We cannot wait until they are older, before we expect them to be serious about serving the Lord. Satan does not wait for them to mature before he attacks them."

His wife, Kathie holds her own seminars on the Prophetic, the Seer Anointing, Intercession and Revival with adults. She contributes to the Elijah List and speaks at their conferences. She also hosts spiritual tours to Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Kathie has also authored twelve books.

Experience

1986 to present
Responsibilities include traveling to churches, conferences, imparting to senior pastors a Biblical vision for their children and youth. Preaching at crusades and churches to children and youth, salvation, baptism of the Holy Spirit and equipping them in spiritual gifts. Releasing children and youth to minister to other youngsters and also to adults. Many people have testified of physical healing, from constant pain, deafness, blindness, and lameness through children and youth praying for them. Also children and youth have given out prophetic words and visions. Taking children and teens on overseas missions.
1977 to 1986
Senior pastor Good News Fellowship Ministries
Began church with 30 members in 1978 grew to 350 members by 1984. Hosted worship gatherings and Prophetic conferences. Ministered frequently at "Juvenile Detention Centers." Several times revival broke out among the young inmates. Also ministered at children's and youth camps.
1970 to 1976
Traveling elder in the house church movement in England.
Was Baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1969 and became involved in pioneer work establishing home churches in different cities. In 1972 was ordained by "International Gospel Outreach."UK Preached at several "Evangelical Free" churches and denominational churches, ministering the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Preached at schools, colleges, universities and youth groups in many cities. Thousands of children, students, and many teachers were saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. Founded "Youth Ministries" city wide youth meetings. Trained and discipled teens for soul winning. Held open air meetings and did street ministry. Personal evangelism and follow-up.
1959 to 1969
Training disciples to do personal evangelism and follow-up. During that time I ministered to a hundred or so who professed conversion and were discipled at the Antioch Ministry.
Education
Westminster Chapel Buckingham gate London England. Was taught for ten years by the great expository preacher Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. Was led to the Lord in 1959 from a Roman Catholic background and trained through Antioch Ministries in personal evangelism and follow-up. Used Navigator materials by Dawson Trot man and was trained by leaders working in the Billy Graham crusades Also studied C. S. Lewis "Mere Christianity " "Evidence for the Resurrection" by Anderson and other books on Christian apologetics. Studied C. Macintosh notes on books of the Old Testament. Studied books on creation verses evolution.
Was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1969 and studied Pentecostal and Charismatic theology and ideology.
Qualifications
Have written twelve books including the best sellers "Kids in Combat," "Equipping the Younger Saints," "Children Aflame", " the Anointing and You", Worship fur Dummies", "Radical Living in a Godless Society", and six children's Illustrated Bible study work books. the Bible Studies are "Armor of God", Being a Christian", "Children's Prayer Manual", "Fact or Fantasy", "Fruit of the Sprit", and "The Gifts of the Sprit".
Have Published articles for many magazines including "Charisma", "Ministries Today" and "Home School Digest."
Have imparted principles of Raising an Anointed Generation in over 700 denominational and independent churches over the last 16 years
Assisted "Maranatha Ministries International" by helping Bob Weiner with their church's children's programs. Ministered at the regional conferences and their TV network programs. Also ministered at their World Convention in 1989 held in San Antonio, Texas.
Twice the key speaker, at special family seminars at "Christ for the Nations". Also taught in April 2001 at their chapel service to entire faculty and student body. Key speaker at their anniversary celebration which was broadcast on national Christian TV.
Have taught several times to the students at "International Children's Ministry Institute and have preached at their conventions. They train students to become overseas children's pastors to work in overseas churches and missions.
